Specifications

• The entry should include both the logo and letterhead design with the logo.
• Either the Chinese and/or English name or initials of the HKAGE should appear on both the logo and the letterhead.
• The logo and the letterhead design should be separately presented on two pieces of A4 size (210mm x 297mm) white paper which can best show the result of the design.
• The logo should be scaled up to approximately A4 size; the letterhead design should be presented in actual dimensions and arrangement on the A4 size paper.
• Each entry should include a brief description of the design ideas which should be printed on the entry form.

Rules and Regulations

• Personal information provided by participants will only be used for the Logo and Letterhead Design Competition for the HKAGE and other purposes related to the competition. Such information must be true and accurate, and will be verified for prize presentation purpose. Participants providing inaccurate information may risk disqualification.
• Each secondary school may submit at most five entries.
• Each participant is allowed to submit ONE entry only.
• The design should not have any pornographic, violent, obscene or commercial promotion contents.
• All designs must be original and must not infringe any Intellectual Property Rights of any third parties.
• The HKSAR Government will acquire full ownership of the copyright of the winning entries and reserve the right to use the winning entries in any purposes without payment of royalty to the winners.
• All submitted entries will not be returned. The organisers reserve the right of the disposal of all entries.
• The organisers reserve the right to interpret and amend the rules and conditions governing the competition.
• All the entries will be adjudicated by a Judging Panel, which consists of professional designers and educators. The result will be determined by the adjudication of the Judging Panel. The organisers have the right to make final decision on the competition result.
