The aims of the captioned competition are to commemorate the establishment of the Hong Kong Academy for Gifted Education, and to develop students' talent in Arts and cultivate their creativity.
The competition is jointly organised by the Gifted Education Section and the Arts Education Section of the Education Bureau (EDB). All secondary school students, tertiary students, the professionals and the public are invited to participate in the competition.
